















Matt Jennings Boot Camps is a monthly membership program. Campers are required to commit to either 3-months or 12-months, and to the schedule that best works for them. Please note the big savings on our boot camp package offerings that are provided to campers who sign-up for 12-months.
The program itself is built around bodyweight, resistance and cardio training that can be adapted for any fitness level. It emphasizes high intensity strength and interval training that results in rapid fat loss, increases in metabolism, muscle growth and most importantly, optimal life performance.
